1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bgd35 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the bgd35 website located at bgd35.com and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, and features offered therein.

By creating a bgd35 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of bgd35 following any published revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

bgd35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version came into force. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address held on their account.

• These Terms apply to all games, live casino products, cricket betting markets, slots, fishing games, and any other features available on bgd35.
• These Terms apply to all payment transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and promotional awards.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall govern.
• bgd35 operates exclusively online. No physical premises, agents, or representatives accept bets or payments on behalf of bgd35.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bgd35 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing bgd35 voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
4. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
6. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any person associated with bgd35 or its technology and payment providers.

bgd35 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identification card, passport, or any government-issued photo ID that confirms your date of birth and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bgd35 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

If bgd35 discovers at any point that an account was registered by or is being used by a person under the age of 18, bgd35 will immediately close that account, void all bets placed from that account, and return any net deposits to the payment method from which they originated, subject to verification of the payment details. No winnings generated by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.

3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bgd35. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a bgd35 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address to which you have sole access, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and your accurate date of birth.

bgd35 conducts identity verification ("KYC") in accordance with responsible gaming standards and internal fraud prevention procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing full name, photo, and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name, or a copy of your Visa or Mastercard if used for deposits.

bgd35 will not process withdrawal requests until all required KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. Processing times for KYC review are typically within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. If additional documentation is required, bgd35 will contact you via the registered email address on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgd35 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. bgd35 will never ask you to share your password or OTP via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and bgd35 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bgd35 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bgd35 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks — are governed by the terms of those respective services and are not within bgd35's control.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit via bKash is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for other payment methods are displayed on the bgd35 deposit screen and may be updated periodically.

bgd35 processes deposits instantly for all supported mobile financial service (MFS) providers. Card deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered bgd35 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.

Withdrawal requests are processed by bgd35 within the following standard timeframes:

• bKash & Nagad: Typically within 15 minutes of approval, subject to KYC completion.
• Rocket & Upay: Typically within 1 hour of approval.
• Visa & Mastercard: 3 to 5 banking days, subject to card issuer processing.

bgd35 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional identity or payment verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds. bgd35 will communicate any such delay to you via your registered email address. Withdrawal processing is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays such as Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March).

Funds deposited into a bgd35 account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with bgd35's anti-money laundering procedures. 5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bgd35 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type in question. These game-specific rules are published on the relevant betting or game pages within the bgd35 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all bgd35 markets include:

• A bet is confirmed only when bgd35 issues a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets placed during a system outage, network interruption, or technical error may be voided at bgd35's discretion.
• bgd35 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit bets on any market at any time, including bets already placed, where bgd35 reasonably believes that market integrity has been compromised, odds have been published in error, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events such as wickets, rain delays, reviews, and boundary decisions. Bets placed during or immediately prior to such events may be voided if the odds were not current at the time of placement.
• BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are covered with full market depth. Results and settlements are based on official governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) outcomes only.
• All RNG casino games and slot titles available on bgd35 use certified random number generators supplied by licensed international game studios. bgd35 does not interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers.
• Live casino games are streamed from certified studio facilities and use real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dealers. Stream interruptions do not void bets already placed and confirmed prior to the interruption.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet. bgd35 reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits where patterns of play raise concerns regarding system abuse or market manipulation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bgd35 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are governed by specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the general Terms shall prevail unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

General bonus rules applicable to all bgd35 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification (KYC) and are in good standing with bgd35.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• bgd35 does not apply hidden or undisclosed rollover requirements. All wagering requirements are stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms at the time the offer is published.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• bgd35 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Promotions may be subject to seasonal availability, including special offers aligned with Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, or ICC tournament schedules.
• Any attempt to abuse the bgd35 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or participating in matched betting using bgd35 promotional funds — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account closure.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered bgd35 player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Registering or operating more than one bgd35 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in bgd35's platform or game library. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported immediately and are not payable.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market, including but not limited to live poker variants, live dealer games, and sports betting exchanges.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the bgd35 platform.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your bgd35 account.
• Using the bgd35 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling, including commercial exploitation of game data or odds.

bgd35 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious account activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bgd35 will act promptly and without obligation to provide advance notice to the account holder. bgd35 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide account information where required by legal process.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bgd35 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the situations listed in Section 7, failure to complete identity verification, breach of any provision of these Terms, or requests made by the account holder themselves (including self-exclusion requests).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bgd35 will notify the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. The account holder's funds will be held securely during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, bgd35 may retain funds equivalent to any losses caused to bgd35 or third parties as a result of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own bgd35 account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the bgd35 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Self-exclusion requests — where a player formally requests to be prevented from accessing bgd35 for a defined period — are handled with the highest priority by the bgd35 support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no new accounts may be registered using the same personal details.
